Australian SportFishing Charters Booking Details

Thank you for choosing to book your fishing expedition with the Iron Lady and her crew. We can’t wait to welcome you aboard and share our top end with you!

Payment Schedule:

Tentative Booking

We will hold your tentative booking for 14 days (from enquiry), and this will be confirmed when we receive your first deposit of 25%. Please let us know if you have any delays, as you can appreciate our season is limited and our enquiries are high, and we don’t want anyone to miss out.

Payment Deposits

1^st Payment 25% of charter cost to hold your charter date.

2^nd Payment 25% of charter cost midway before the charter date.

Final Payment 50% a week before the charter date.

How to Pay

All payments must be made via bank transfer using your personal reference (given on booking form) as identification. The reference number applies to each person in your group. If paying separately from your group, add your name after the reference number. Please Email us to confirm your payment.

Cancellation Policy

One person’s perfect day on the water differs from person-to-person. As a charter company, cancellations with short notice are very costly. At the same time, we understand that things come up, and we don’t feel it is right for you to lose your entire charter fee if you have to reschedule.

Our cancellation policy is simple and strict, but fair. You may cancel your reservation at any time, but we DO NOT give refunds; rather, we will credit your account for use another time.

Cancellation Six or More Months before A Charter

If you cancel outright with 6 or more months’ notice for a charter, there will be no penalty.

Cancellation Less than six months notice

However, if you cancel with less than 6 months’ notice, you will forfeit your first deposit (being 25% of the total charter cost)

Failing to show up

If you fail to show up for your charter, you will forfeit all that you have paid to date for the charter.

Cancellation less than six months – Rescheduling Fee

Any cancellation with less than 6 months’ notice for a charter, for any reason, will result in a 10% rescheduling fee. This fee will be calculated on the total price of the charter.

Cancellations due to weather

We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather. However, if the captain feels that the weather conditions are unsafe due to high winds, lightning or very heavy rain, we will cancel the charter, and you will NOT be charged the rescheduling fee.

Safety first always

We reserve the right to cancel any charter at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe or for other reasons to ensure the safety and comfort of our patrons.
